First log in to Plesk then check which domain the application isinstalled under Go to “Websites & Domains” and hover over the domain.
\nYou should see something like https:\/\/localhost:8443\/smb\/web\/settings\/id\/xxx
\nWe want the Last number: xxx (555 for example)<\/p>\n

Now you will need to login to the psa database:
\ncmd cd “path to your admin mysql\\bin directory”<\/p>\n

Provide the following command in windows command prompt:<\/p>\n

#cd %plesk_dir%\\mysql\\bin && mysql.exe -u admin -P8306 psa -p<\/p>\n

mysql –port=8306 -uroot -pThepassword<\/p>\n

mysql> use psa;
\nmysql> select id from apsresources where pleskID=555;
\n+——+
\n| id |
\n+——+
\n| 101 |
\n| 102 |
\n+——+<\/p>\n

mysql> delete from apsresourcesparameters where apsResourceId = 101;
\nQuery OK, 2 rows affected (0.02 sec)<\/p>\n

mysql> delete from apsresourcesparameters where apsResourceId = 102;
\nQuery OK, 10 rows affected (0.00 sec)<\/p>\n

mysql> delete from apsresources where pleskID=555;
\nQuery OK, 2 rows affected (0.02 sec)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The ID 101 and 102 in this case are my plesk id replace it withcorresponding id that you get.
\nYou should be good to go<\/p>\n
