Dedicated Support

We offer a wide variation of custom plans with dedicated staff. We offer plans based on the nature of operations, type of servers (managed/unmanaged servers) and various other parameters. Wide options of support are arranged with flexible timing likes 4 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, and 24 hours. Our plans are cheaper than maintaining an in-house tech support team.

  1. Dedicated Tech Support

    An RHCE and cPanel certified engineer will be working five days a week, eight hours a day for your customers. A dedicated tech will be available for L1, L2 and L3 support based on your technical skill set requirement. One of our Quality Analysts will review performance every week. You will get a direct channel to communicate with your tech through email, chat, or phone.

  2. Semi-Dedicated Tech Support

    A scaled-down version of the Dedicated Staff plan in which staff will be shared between two clients generating higher efficiency for a lower price. A part-time engineer will work five days in a week, four hours a day for your customers.
