Some time your websites webmail shows Plesk Default Page. This may occur because of webmail upgrade.
FIXES:
1. Log into your domains control panel.
2. Move on to Mail ->Mail settings.
3. Under “Webmail” select “None” and click “OK”.
4. Select the “Mail settings” icon again.
5. Under “Webmail” select “SmarterMail” or “MailEnable” or “Horde” and click “OK”.
6. Webmail should now be enabled.
If you still find any issue after doing the above correctives,you need to enable from backend.
7. Navigate to Server -> Components Management within Plesk
8. Locate the Web Mail item
9. Uncheck all webmail services and click OK
10. Recheck the proper webmail services and click OK
If you still find any issue after doing the above corrcetives ,Login to server and run the following command from Start -> Run or from a command prompt:
“%plesk_bin%\websrvmng.exe” –reconfigure-webmail
*Webmail should now be enabled
